I remember reading years ago people dabbling in sound wave and light wave research for healing of human illnesses and even DNA repair. Hopefully more of that comes out.

I've got quite a lot of knowledge in this area. Although this particular sound wave topic is different! I've been thinking about doing a thread on it for some time now. Since i started 10 years ago on basic hz frequencies and then to binaurals and then to isochronic tones. They were the biggest factor is my mental expansion of knowledge understanding and well-being.

Nothing like slapping in some ear phones, drifting in to what seems like a vivid 5 minute experience to awake just after and see its 8am and time for work. But it opens you mind up. and really changes things. Astral travel anyone?

As for the health benefits. It clearly has from my own experiences mental health benefits! But physically i can only say that it seemed to have helped. but im not sure if thats good enough? no real shocking proof from my own experiences other than once when i sprained an ankle a night. I tried one of the healing frequencies and awoke to find my foot felt as if nothing had happened. No pain at all. But i have no way of knowing how bad my foot actually was. so while it seemed like a miracle it may not have been.

Sorry that turned into a long response!
