Signs of A Clogged Lymphatic System - 10 Ways To Cleanse It

Recommended Posts

Unfortunately, due to our toxic burden, nutritional deficiencies, and relative inactivity, this system has become increasingly polluted.

If you suffer from any of the following, it may be a sign your lymphatic system is clogged and needs a serious cleanse:

Skin conditions

Arthritis

Unexplained injuries

Excess weight or cellulite

Headaches

Chronic fatigue

Sinus infections

Digestive disorders

Enlarged lymph nodes

<snip>

Some particularly cleansing foods for the lymphatic system include:

Dark leafy greens

Low sugar fruits

Garlic

Ground flax seed

Seaweed

Algae

Chia

Avocados

Cranberries

Walnuts

Brazil nuts

Almonds

<snip>

In addition to that, avoiding the following foods are critical to improving your lymphatic health:

Sugar

Artificial sweeteners

Conventional dairy

Conventionally raised meat

Refined grains

Processed foods

Soy

Preservatives and additives (MSG, colours, etc)

Table salt

Baked goods

Thank You.

We just recently got the victory over the sugar addiction.

The "soy" is in everything these days.
We bought a new cast iron skillet for the campsite.
Got home, opened the box, and there it said pre-seasoned with soy oil.

The basty nastards!

:scream1:  Wash it and put something else on there and season it yourself.  They can't get spread enough soy around it seems. Fermented, soy is great, but otherwise, no.

They definitely try to put it any and every thing. And it's not even the good part of the soybean, they just throw the whole thing in there and that's not good. I blame that on a lot of the hormone issues we have as a society today.

Do this cleanse to clean the liver.  It’ll help clear the lymphatic system too.  Everything is connected to the liver.  It’s the main one you gotta keep clean.

This “smoothie” tastes great too!  At least I think.

LIVER FLUSH 4-days

2 – ORANGES -peeled

½ - GRAPEFRUIT – peeled

½ - LEMON – peeled

1 – 2 inches of GINGER ROOT – peeled

1/8 - teaspoon of WHOLE CLOVES

½ - teaspoon of PURE MAPLE SYRUP

1 – Clove of GARLIC

3 – Strands of PARSLEY

1 – Pinch of CAYENNE PEPPER

3oz of Water

• Blend for 2 minutes

• Strain out all pulp

• Place back in the blender

• Add two tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil

• Blend for another 40 seconds

Makes 10 - 14 oz.

INSTRUCTIONS

• Upon waking, brush your teeth.

• Drink 8oz of water.

• Make your liver flush. (Drink all at once

• Don’t eat for 3 hours after liver flush.

• Do not have any fried foods for the entire four days

• No alcohol, no caffeine

• Do not have any dairy products for the entire four days

The liver is the main organ responsible for detoxification in the body.  The liver flush cleanse supports the liver and gall bladder, and enzyme support; thus to prevent illness associated with toxic accumulation. It is a five organ support, Liver, Gall bladder, Spleen, Kidneys, and Pancreas.

I have cast iron cookware.  Just heat it up very hot and burn off the soy oil.  Then let it cool a bit and apply pure olive oil.  It is much better for our bodies.   :D

The problem is that above 400F the soy oil turns into a glass like glaze.

Currently searching for someone who has a sand-blaster.

Plan is to sand-blast it down to bare metal, then re-season with Peanut Oil.

Thank You Everybody,

Love,
@Uncle Thanky

Put it in the oven for a clean cycle

This method has worked for me. I use flax seed oil instead of Crisco.
