ISIS shifts to ‘dark web’ to escape hacktivists

Where exactly do a bunch of nomadic beheading sandjockies learn their cyber social graces? From the best encryptologist our tax dollars can buy CIA / illunatics . How do you think they have been able to capture vast amounts of territory, and move virtually unchecked across countries to pull off high staked "terrorist plots". It doesn't take rocket science to figure out strings are being pulled for them. Belgium just went on the highest alert they have. No way can a group from a third world country terrorize an entire planet without a well funded highly intelligent group strategizing for them.

<snip>

Islamic State militants are reportedly moving to the dark web as a way to protect their identities and content, after hundreds of websites and twitter accounts were taken down by hacktivists in the wake of last week’s Paris attacks.

fixed: Islamic State militants are reportedly moving to the dark web as a way to protect their identities and content, after hundreds of websites and twitter accounts were taken down by anonymous (maybe some ghostsec also) (aka fbi/cia/isreal) in the wake of last week’s Paris attacks.
