Not really because the legal owners of said assets are the legal owners,
it's just that the Rotchschilds and few others can access unlimited paper
so their ability to become legal owners is only limited by law and sovereign
action. Most states have the power to restrict them but choose not to
because most governments believe in their financial system.

Okay, here is a question then.. Do you legally own the land you live on in America?

Yes, but they'll tell you we don't. So since they make the laws, they own it.

If you own it without debt, yes, however that ownership can be restricted by laws.
For example, a community housing authority, a municipality, state or federal action.
Ownership is conditional to meeting the requirements and laws enforced by these.
Nature of ownership is therefore dependent upon a greater sovereignty.

What happens if you live in a state with property tax, and you decide not to pay it after owning it without debt?

If we wish to get into the linguistics, and by the standards of the game that is being played.. Statistics must be observed based upon these rules. I agree with your premises, however, that is not the reality that is imposed upon us.

If you fail to pay your property taxes, it`s gone...

Many other things necessarily follow from this idea, too. Its not just about the land. The foundational idea is most clearly expressed in this example though

If oil or minerals are believed to be under "your" land, another horror awaits too...

RIght but it goes back to the power of the banking cartel families,
they are still restricted by the legal sovereignty.
