Earthquake near nuke site rocks North Korea

The tremors were detected in Kilju, in North Hamgteong Province, about 1.8 miles away from the infamous laboratory.

The Korea Meteorological Administration said the tremors could have been caused by a previous nuke test.

So I take it from what they are saying that a cave in occurred due to weakened rock that then caused an EQ?
