Mandalay Bay Shooters windows up close analysis

This is a comparative to other windows missing on the Mandalay Bay. Are the windows the same as the others or were they shot out? Also notice the possible white platforms the shooter may have used to rest his weapons on.

The Building might still be sinking and settling unevenly.

They had a major problem during construction with subsidence, very few know about, pretty much hush hush, for obvious reasons, who want to stay in a sinking Hotel.

The Luxor has issues also.

Oh shit...so that was the Mandalay, I remember something about sinking resort/casino(s), but really never gave it any attention as to remember exactly which one...interesting to know now!
