Thankfully, the idiots watch too many vampire movies and not enough "medicine in theory & practice" or they might have got 'em.

WEST END (KDKA) – More than a dozen officers were hospitalized after agents raided a home in the West End Wednesday morning.

Around 6 a.m., several agencies, began executing federal search warrants at three locations in the West End. Two houses on Lakewood Avenue and one on Bond Street were targeted.

At one of those locations, SWAT team members were exposed to an unknown airborne chemical substance.

Eighteen SWAT officers were taken to UPMC Mercy Hospital after the exposure caused them to become dizzy and suffer numbness. All have since been medically cleared.

According to the U.S. Attorney’s Office, the chemical substance was possibly fentanyl.

The agencies involved in the raid included U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Homeland Security, Pittsburgh police, Pittsburgh SWAT and state police.

Several people were arrested in the drug raids."

18 SWAT cops so how many in total from all those agencies? And only arrested several people? Your tax dollars at work....paying for incompetence.
