Do you live alone?

Recommended Posts

Just wondering how many people on this forum live alone besides me.

My kids are grown and have their own lives. My husband has been working in another state for 3 years.

Anyone else alone besides me?

Living alone is a good thing.

You can't blame anyone for anything but yourself.

But its a sobering experience.

Accepting yourself as a wounded work in progress is a difficult pill to swallow.

Once you accept the fact that we are all just travelers on this path of life and none of us are perfect, then  journey becomes easier.

Living alone is not easy but its enlightening if you choose to embrace it.

Congratulations on your new family soon to arrive!  I remember when my wife was pregnant with our oldest, she was very late/past due and things were not moving along.

Our doctor who was an old country general practitioner suggested I take her for a ride in the Jeep down a very bumpy country road.  Jostle her around a bit with the bumps to get things moving.

LOL, I did not do it and eventually nature took it course.  The baby boy I am discussing will turn 29 years old this year.   :D
