Weather officials in Japan have issued emergency warnings for parts of Fukuoka and Oita prefectures as torrential rains hit western parts of the country.
So far they have caused serious flooding and landslides.

A Japan Meteorological Agency official says that it is an emergency with imminent risks of danger and that it is a situation where landslides and flooding could have already triggered a catastrophe.

More than 400 thousand residents in the prefectures have been ordered or advised to evacuate.

Many houses have already been flooded.
Some residents are asking to be rescued, saying they cannot move to safety due to the inundation.

The new weather to be expected. Brought to you by HAARP.

It's the Russians. They are to blame for everything.
