North Korea to make major announcement (tonight)

Recommended Posts

Im pretty sure Kimmy is going to release a picture of him and Dennis Rodman pushing the launch button and high-fiving each other, but I could be wrong.LOL

North Korea said Tuesday that it will make an "important announcement" at 3:30 p.m. (Korean time).

The announcement came hours after North Korea launched a ballistic missile into the East Sea on Tuesday. South Korea’s military said the launch is the North's first provocation since the summit between South Korea and the US last week.

The missile was fired at 9:40 a.m. from Banghyeon, North Pyongan Province, and flew about 930 kilometers said Seoul’s Joint Chiefs of Staff. The missile might have crashed into the water near Japan’s exclusive economic zone, according to the Japanese broadcaster NHK. JCS has yet to confirm the the exact type of the projectile.

To add, it was an ICBM and far exceeded an altitude of 2500km  according to Japanese defense ministry

SEOUL, July 4 (Yonhap) -- North Korea said Tuesday that it will make an "important announcement" at 3 p.m. (Pyongyang time) after it launched a ballistic missile earlier in the day.

North Korea will make a special announcement, the state-run radio station said, without elaborating.

The North fired an unidentified ballistic missile in its northwestern province into waters off its east coast, according to South Korea's military. The missile flew more than 930 kilometers.

Maybe Kimmy is going to wish America a happy 4th of July and say that he is showing his support by launching some fireworks in our honor?

Yep...

The missile flew more than 930 km, the Yonhap news agency quoted the South Korean military as saying.

A missile on such a trajectory poses a grave threat to Japan because it falls at a much faster speed than a conventional launch, making an exceedingly difficult target for any U.S.-developed anti-missile defense systems deployed by Japan.

The U.S. Pacific Command said in a statement that it had detected and tracked the launch of what it called an “intermediate range ballistic missile” near Panghyon Airfield in North Pyongan Province, near the border with China.

“The missile was tracked for 37 minutes and landed in the Sea of Japan,” the statement said.

"Fireworks"

And i don't think it's America that has to worry about getting nuked. Poor South Korea and Japan. They won't pull the anti-missile trigger quick enough because of the repercussions if they are wrong.

He wont nuke South Korea. Its too close to home. I've been there and the only thing that divides the North from the South is a roll of barbed wire.

With any luck he will hit Fukushima and put an end to that ever leaking nuke disaster that has been radiating the Northern hemisphere for years. LOL

Look how excited they are about his crap in South Korea. Our Army base in Yongsan just posted their "Summer reading program story hour" 16 minutes ago on their facebook page. An hour ago they were warning people how to stay cool in the summer heat. LOL

The Philippines are also vulnerable to the rantings of 'Kimmy the Goon'.  This is bad juju for the entire region.

If China cannot talk some sense into this guy,  I cannot imagine anything else that would be successful.

I wonder what the next power move will be and by who.
