Crew of USS Fitzgerald ORDERED to sign NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENTS concealing collision info

Recommended Posts

The Officers and crew of the USS Fitzgerald are being ORDERED to sign a NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT, concealing all details of events leading up to, and in the aftermath of, its collision with the Philippines cargo ship, ACX Crystal.

Two persons with direct knowledge of the facts have revealed the Officers and crew are being threatened with Court Martial if they disclose any information about the events of that night in violation of the NDA.   Anyone REFUSING to sign the NDA has been told they will be arrested and face a Court Martial for  "refusing to obey a lawful order" and further  that they "will be jailed for decades."

Whatever took place before the collision is something the Pentagon seems utterly desperate to conceal.

"It" will get out, happens every time when you try and force people to shut up.

Exactly. That's how we know MH370 was no where near Diego Garcia.

If you're ordered not to talk about it, that should be enough. But then being ordered to sign a legal document is something that I can see being challenged, and should be.

How trustworthy is Hal Turner with information like this? Don't know much about him, have heard his name for years.

Captive audiences. Probably had to sign the NDA before even getting off the ship. Same as coming off a flight and not being allowed off the plane before you sign stating, "Nope, didn't see nothin', 'cause we weren't there."

Still, you're being forced to enter into a contract. I don't see how that's legitimate in any capacity. However, don't join the military is the best advice I can give.
