All this does is substitute filling your car with gas for filling your battery with electrolytes. It's still dependence on a liquid fuel source. It may be slightly better in the pollution arena but it still leaves drivers dependent of the electrolyte supplier for the vehicle to work. It's the same business model as oil and is not a step forward.
