Great news if you own an AR15 pistol

Over the years people have changed mindsets in regards to home defense firearms. Lots of people would rather have 30 rounds instead of 7 in regards to protecting their families and homes.

Then people started building and buying the parts and assembling ar15 pistols...equipped with red dots, lasers whatever and have the capability to reach out to 200 yards with accuracy and precision...

Then Sig Sauer came out with their brace since shouldering the AR pistol was banned by the ATF. Then other manufacturers followed suit..

The braces started to look more and more like a stock but letters from the ATF stated that they were still classified as braces.

Which was great since the pistol buffer tube is awkward and it's a weird cheek weld so these braces made the firearm much more comfortable and "complete" looking.

Now...the ATF has reversed their stance on shouldering these braces.

It's now perfectly fine to do so.

If you're like me...and AR pistol setup for home defense also provides the owner an excellent option as a "trunk gun"...its also easier to exit and enter vehicles.

Mine is zeroed in at 50yards and has the exact same point of impact at 200 yards...

10.5 inch barrel

Use frangible rounds for home defense so you don't ever have to worry about over penetration of hurting neighbors as the rounds will break apart into shards upon impact to an intruder, stud, wallboard etc...

Look at that wound cavity and damage...no over penetration...shrapnels everywhere upon entering

Happy shouldering
