Between this eruption and the coronal hole facing us currently, I'd say yeah, there's a real good chance for a major shake somewhere. An M8+? Maybe. The ring of fire hasn't exactly been quiet of late.

Plan on it, thanks. Actually, I'm headed there to stay. My son's been buggin' the sh!t outta me to move, and I've caved.
