Illegal Aliens..er..I mean Dreamers are bringing a once eradicated disease back to America.

CDC Official Calls Obama Worst President, Amateur, Marxist After Influx of Illegal Alien Minors

Following the influx of illegal immigrant minors from Central America, an official at the federal agency charged with protecting public health describes Barack Obama as “the worst pres we have ever had,” an “amateur” and “Marxist,” according to internal emails obtained by Judicial Watch.

JW got the records as part of an investigation into the Center for Disease Control’s (CDC) activation of an Emergency Operations Center (EOC) to deal with the barrage of illegal alien minors last summer. Tens of thousands of Central Americans came into the United States through the Mexican border and contagious diseases—many considered to be eradicated in the U.S.—became a tremendous concern. The CDC, which operates under the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), responded by opening an emergency facility designed to monitor and coordinate response activities to eminent public health threats.

This special emergency division was created after the 2001 terrorist attacks and has responded to more than 50 public health threats, including hurricanes, food borne disease outbreaks, the 2009 H1N1 influenza pandemic and the Haiti cholera outbreak. Scientists from across the CDC are brought together to analyze, validate, and efficiently exchange information during a public health emergency and connect with response partners. The EOC also coordinates the deployment of CDC staff and the procurement and management of all equipment and supplies that agency responders may need during their deployment.

It’s a major and costly operation that can stick American taxpayers with a huge tab. That’s why JW launched a probe when the Obama administration took in the illegal immigrants, initially coined Unaccompanied Alien Children (UAC), with open arms last summer. JW has sued the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) for planning records involving the border crisis as well as information relating to the solicitation of “on-demand escort services” for the 65,000 UACs that remain in the U.S. Last year JW also reported that the illegal immigrant minors have brought in serious diseases, including swine flu, dengue fever, possibly Ebola virus and tuberculosis.

The CDC records obtained by JW this week include email exchanges between agency officials directly involved in the activation of the EOC to handle the health threats created by the influx of illegal alien minors last summer. In an email dated June 9, 2014, CDC Logistics Management Specialist George Roark wrote to CDC Public Health Advisor William Adams that “no country in the world would allow” the influx. Adams replies that “in ten years or less, they’ll all be voting…Commander’s intent…” Roark fires back by describing Obama as “the worst pres we have ever had…he truly is ‘the amateur’ but a Marxist too.”

35 People Test Positive for Tuberculosis at El Paso School

Public health officials say nearly three dozen students and staff at a West Texas school have tested positive for tuberculosis since examinations began in mid-June.

The El Paso Department of Public Health ordered tests for 163 students and eight staff members at Frank Macias Elementary School after an active case of tuberculosis was discovered at the school last month. Of the 150 or so people who have been tested, 29 children and six staff members tested positive for the infectious bacterial disease.

Another round of testing will begin Wednesday for 40 more children and the school's entire staff of about 100 adults. It's expected to be complete by the end of the week.

Last year, 44 cases of tuberculosis were identified in the El Paso area.

TB was never eradicated, just pushed out of the borders.

It's faulty reasoning from the Government and business leaders that believes you can get rid of a disease within your own borders and think everything will be fine forever.

A real solution would be to work internationally to eradicate TB and other diseases.  Otherwise they will always come back.

I know..TB was pushed out of the US, but still runs rampant in other countries. I guess I should have used another word or clarified my statement.

If you attempt to immigrate to any number of Countries  one needs to present a shot record or health certificate to be granted entry.  Not in America..come on down and bring your disease with you!

If you try to legally immigrate to the US you must have your immunizations in order. If you come in through our unprotected southern border, no shots required.

Under the immigration laws of the United States, a foreign national who applies for an immigrant visa abroad, or who seeks to adjust status to a permanent resident while in the United States, is required to receive vaccinations to prevent the following diseases:

  • Mumps
  • Measles
  • Rubella
  • Polio
  • Tetanus and Diphtheria Toxoids
  • Pertussis
  • Haemophilus influenzae type B
  • Hepatitis B
  • Any other vaccine-preventable diseases recommended by the Advisory Committee for Immunization Practices

If a foreign national applies for an immigrant visa abroad, that individual has to receive the medical examination by a panel physician designated by the U.S. Department of State (DOS). CDC issues separate instructions to panel physicians designated by DOS to conduct medical examinations abroad. For more information about panel physicians, please consult DOS' website at http://travel.state.gov/visa/immigrants/info/info_3739.html.

I remember reading that some of the "unaccompanied minors" were HIV positive but I can't find the article now.
I did find this though:

From 1993 until January 4, 2010, HIV was considered a ground of inadmissibility, meaning that HIV-positive foreign nationals could be denied short-term visas or applications for lawful permanent residence simply because of their HIV status. Fortunately, that discriminatory law came to an end in the beginning of 2010. HIV status can still be relevant to immigration cases, however, and Immigration Equality remains committed to working with HIV-positive foreign nationals and their families.

Furthermore, HIV status may be a reason to be granted asylum in the U.S., or it may be used as an exception to the one year filing deadline in asylum cases. Anyone thinking about  applying for asylum based on HIV status should review our asylum materials carefully and then consult with an experienced immigration attorney.

Finally, as immigration detention grows, so do problems for HIV positive detainees. If you or a loved one are being denied appropriate HIV care in detention or are being mistreated in other ways, please let us know.

Political Asylum for People With HIV

There are significant numbers of immigrants living with HIV in New York, receiving medical treatment and other services important to a healthy quality of life. Some arrived as refugees seeking asylum. Others, however, are not aware that in their native countries they lived under circumstances that make them eligible for political asylum. Care providers as well as their clients often have questions about the meaning of political asylum, the process, and available resources.

Immigration laws are very complex and are always changing. Under the 1951 United Nations Convention Relating to the Status of Refugees, nations who signed the Convention Against Torture must grant political asylum to refugees and cannot forcibly return them to their native countries. The U.S. is one of 26 countries that accept refugees, and it granted asylum to about 2,350,000 people from 1975 to 2000.

I think all kinds of old and new diseases are going to emerge soon.
With unknown numbers of unknown people are entering our country we're all at risk.

If your state secedes from the union then you should be able to forcibly return them to their native countries:balk2:

Diversity/illegal immigration reminds me of the murals at DIA.
