Bah! Humbug! ACLU sues over Christmas tree cross

For as far back as anyone can remember, there's always been a cross atop the Christmas tree on the square in Knightstown, Indiana.

But that could change if the Grinches at the American Civil Liberties Union of Indiana have their way.

The ACLU filed a federal lawsuit against the town on behalf of Joseph Tomkins,  a resident who said the image of the lighted cross has caused him "irreparable harm."

Irreparable harm? Honestly?  These people have lost their minds. When I go shopping and people say Happy Holidays it makes me mad, because when I say Merry Christmas, they say it back. Even the clerks at the stores don't have freedom of speech left. The ACLU can do some good work, but for the most part they're a huge part of destruction of American culture.
