“I, Rick Small, donate this structure to a homeless youth to give them a better life that Newfoundlanders choose not to do! No rent, no mortgage, no hydro.”

It's surely a passive aggressive note: it's a parallel to

Revelation 13:17King James Version (KJV)

17 And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.

The Rick means Dick, and "Small" like the mouse, Mr Jingles in The Green Mile as one example. It's relevant to a shrinking man. youth's are depicting an adult-baby, and more specifically the man-child of Revelation. It's another false flag, a brainwash, etc.

everything is substituted such as:

no rent = no buy

no mortgage = no sell

no hydro = no mark or no depraved mind

They often call the Lord homeless. Made of scrap wood and covered with tar is mocking Noah's Ark.

want more clues? It's on water!  It's empty so to passively suggest that there are no survivors of their flood. This is like a storm at sea that washed up the Ark.

It's very obvious. It's does sound funny but it's true. It's mocking prophecy that foretells of this day when the wicked doers will blaspheme God Almighty and the Son of man.

Christ said that he has no place to rest his head in this world so they call him, homeless.

As it were in the days of Noah so shall the coming of the Son of man be.

The scrap wood and tar covered is obvious.

It's on the sea that depicts the flood of corruption.

It's blaspheming God and the Son of man.

Princeton University did their part in smearing 'man'.

The donor is Rick Small; the name says a lot.

Solar panels collect energy from the Sun.

There's a lot more I can list, too.
