Russia is most definitely prepared to strike in a moments notice. That ole Bear is about ready to come out of hibernation,  and when she does,  Hell will break loose.

Russia is ready at a moments notice to move its population underground. I mean seriously between the underground bases and deep subways and tunnels. Russia is one of the best places to be in a nuclear war.... I believe a lot more russians would survive than any other nation in the event of a nuclear war!

Okay let's take a look at the steps that led to the Cuban Missile Crisis AKA "The October Crisis" - October 16th - 28th, 1962

  1. U.S. unsuccessfully tries to overthrow a country's regime.
  2. Said country asks Russia for help - especially with the potential threat of the U.S.
  3. Russia decides to place nuclear missiles in that country, and swears they're "just for defence" - it also happens to counteract the threat presented by U.S. missiles located in countries near Russia.
  4. U.S. doesn't find out until Russia already has the missiles made and ready to be shipped.
  5. U.S. decides to control and prohibit a form of transportation in regards to the middle country - Russia deems this an act of war.
  6. The U.S. calls it a "quarantine" and Russia disagrees, saying it's viewed as "an act of aggression" and the Russian military will ignore it.
    • "The violation of freedom to use international waters and international airspace is an act of aggression which pushes mankind towards the abyss of world nuclear missile war." - Khrushchev
  7. Nuclear missile standoff between Russia and the U.S.
  8. Russia continues to arm itself (insisting "defence only") as the U.S. prepares for potential invasion.
    • October 27th, 1962 - U.S. spy-plane shot down by Russia and a Russian nuclear missile sub is blasted by a depth charge from a U.S. navy vessel trying to signal the sub to come up. The sub was too low for surface communications and thought the war had begun - two in three Russian officers want to blast the U.S.
  9. Secret talks between Russia and U.S. result in U.S. missiles being removed from nearby Russian countries and Russian missiles being removed from middle country with the U.S. promising never to invade the country again.
  10. Crisis adverted.

Seems like the only lesson that was learned last time was how to nearly guarantee a nuclear war ...

Well,  of course the talking heads will analyze this to death,  but just remember another thing,  Putin recently pretty much kicked out the Rothschild Family,  and snubbs his nose at the so called Illuminatti.

Army Chief Issues Stark Warning to Potential Enemies

Quote

Military.com | Oct 05, 2016 | by Matthew Cox

The U.S. Army's chief of staff on Tuesday issued a stern warning to potential threats such as Russia and vowed the service will defeat any foe in ground combat.

"The strategic resolve of our nation, the United States, is being challenged and our alliances tested in ways that we haven't faced in many, many decades," Army Chief of Staff Gen. Mark Milley told an audience at the Association of the United States Army's annual meeting in Washington, D.C.

"I want to be clear to those who wish to do us harm … the United States military -- despite all of our challenges, despite our [operational] tempo, despite everything we have been doing -- we will stop you and we will beat you harder than you have ever been beaten before. Make no mistake about that."
