Who knew FC Koln were so popular on the Colorado River?

OK, the 10th-place Bundesliga side really isn't that popular at the Hoover Dam, but you wouldn't have known it as their logo was projected on the giant American landmark all week.

It was a record-setting projection. Nice work, FC Koln. But why, exactly, was the side's logo randomly projected there and setting a new Guinness World Record in doing so?

Per the Bundesliga's website (h/t Dirty Tackle), it was the handiwork of a PR agency experimenting with a new lighting system.
Others see it as Suspicious. Saying The Goat is a representation of Baphomet, Above 2 Towers(9/11), Projected Onto The Spot of the Next "Big Event"!? Or , was it done just to Set a New World Record?
