Canadian troops to be Baltics 'tripwire,' but experts wonder what goes boom

Another quote from the same link (emphasis mine):

These are statements from a Western think tank representing US/NATO policy.

Please be warned. As far as I know the Russians are preparing for a False Flag incident in the Baltics instigated by NATO.
