Texas and 10 other states sued the federal government Wednesday to challenge the Obama administration’s directive that local schools allow transgender students to use bathrooms and locker rooms that conform to their gender identity.

Harrold Independent School District, a small rural district near Wichita Falls, joined the lawsuit after its school board on Monday approved a policy limiting bathroom use to each student’s sex as listed on their birth certificate.

“We didn’t start the fight, but we will carry it to them,” Harrold Superintendent David Thweatt said during a Wednesday news conference in Austin that was led by Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton. “We passed a policy in order to protect the safety, dignity and security of the children.”

There has to be a lot of pissed off parents beating on the school boards doors everywhere. They will have no choice but to repeal this garbage. There will be a lot of home schooled children coming soon if not. Maybe it's not so bad after all. I think children would be much better off without some common core nonsense anyway. And what better way to instill your beliefs onto your children than home schooling??

Simply being an actual parent?

You're right, though. A lot of people who never considered home schooling are now. I think that's a good thing.

I think it would be great to chain a pair of bloody garden shears on the ladies room door with a sign that simply read "leave genitalia outside".

Women will be way more effected by this regime's vulgarity.

The answer is very simple, one person, private bathrooms. But obviously they aren't looking for simple answers, they are looking to divide and conquer.
