  1. The Hidden Easter Eggs of Reality

Whether you believe that you can or you can't, either way you'll be right!
  2. @Cryptic Mole I always have been able to hear the sounds emanating from electronic appliances. Usually when entering a home, I can tell how many TV's there are and in which rooms they are located within the first few seconds of stepping through the door. Sometimes I will end up with a headache when focusing on these sounds. That's one area where I did the jump quickly without thinking about it really. I guess it was the weed lover in me who made me do it! Lol. I have been appreciating to smoke some Canadian medical cannabis since the last year or so. THC levels are always high, CBD levels depend on the strain that you choose. It tastes so good, and it's so smooth on the lungs, that you're not really taking the time to ask yourself, what am I really consuming? But you know, they just never talk about the other cannabinoids. There are dozens if not hundreds of different cannabinoids that are naturally present in all plants. The amount of available research on this subject is very limited, but I'm ready to bet that when eating plants and their fruits, we naturally are consuming cannabinoids. Not only that, but they really are clueless about a lot of things when it comes to the plant, and they keep the secrets for themselves in some cases, too. But my best buddy's girlfriend is actually at the forefront of cannabis research in the scientific community, and they really don't know how the plant works. I can however confirm to you that they do plan on completely replacing the natural cannabis flower with a microorganism based way of producing unlimited amounts of THC. No more cannabinoids! Talking about this, it makes me reminisce about my teenage years when I was growing my own. I had a very good teacher who showed me how to achieve the best results in a complete natural way. Now those were the good old years! I even had developed my own unique genetic. I stopped all that a few years ago going into adulthood and starting my first business, out of fear of legal repercussions. Now this was some real medicine! I've never been one to trust the government, and I know all too well about how strains are getting patented as of now, and how big pharma is taking over. Maybe I should go back to my old ways!
  3. I love you

I love you and thank you, two seemingly small words that I just couldn't pronounce as a child. Not that I did not love people, or wasn't grateful fot the things I had, but I was afraid. Afraid of being weak, afraid of being judged. Then someday, someone made me realize the power of words. And on that day, these two seemingly small words, they became two of the most empowering ones to have ever been pronounced! They became the most powerful weapon against what I was afraid of in the first place. With that being said, Thank you, to every single one of you, for drawing inspiration into my life, And more importantly, I love you.
  4. Hello. I am new.

  5. The essence of all things.

Thank you to anyone who participated in this discussion. There is more within this thread than what meets the eye!
  6. Do you feel powerless?

James 3:11 For in many things we offend all. If any man offend not in word, the same [is] a perfect man, [and] able also to bridle the whole body. Behold, we put bits in the horses' mouths, that they may obey us; and we turn about their whole body. Behold also the ships, which though [they be] so great, and [are] driven of fierce winds, yet are they turned about with a very small helm, whithersoever the governor listeth. Even so the tongue is a little member, and boasteth great things. Behold, how great a matter a little fire kindleth! And the tongue [is] a fire, a world of iniquity: so is the tongue among our members, that it defileth the whole body, and setteth on fire the course of nature; and it is set on fire of hell. For every kind of beasts, and of birds, and of serpents, and of things in the sea, is tamed, and hath been tamed of mankind: But the tongue can no man tame; [it is] an unruly evil, full of deadly poison. Therewith bless we God, even the Father; and therewith curse we men, which are made after the similitude of God. Out of the same mouth proceedeth blessing and cursing. My brethren, these things ought not so to be. Doth a fountain send forth at the same place sweet water and bitter?

@John Galt The more I read your posts, the more I realize how much of a talented writer you are. You are gifted, that's for sure. I wish I had this talent. Thank you for the kind words, as well. It's true that we are all part of an awesome and beautiful community here. You are all drawing inspiration into my life.
  8. The essence of all things.

I can only admire that. This way of thinking is very beautiful, and most precious. You may have seen me talk about the cultivation of mind and heart nature. What you say, it is exactly what it means. Because it is the only way towards a genuine enlightenment. The things of the seen are of no real value.
  9. The essence of all things.

A sound is the physical manifestation of a vibration. If there are no ears to pick up the vibration, then no nerves to relay the electrical signal, and finally, no brain to transform said electrical signal into the sound that you hear in your head, then there is no sound, only vibration. Obviously, there is so much going on around us that we don't even have the slightest clue about simply because we do not have the tools at our disposal to really perceive them. If you have a cat at home, and that you listen to your favorite music while preparing dinner, your cat won't even hear the same thing as you. It can be said that sound is what holds everything together. Everything that you can see, and cannot see, has been spoken into existence. I believe we are all multidimensional beings. Just as everything, really. Let's say that I was part of a scientific project where I send a rover to a far, far away planet, and that upon landing, we only witness a barren, desolate world devoid any traces of life. That couldn't be more untrue. Because under its surface, and deep within, this planet would be teeming with trillions upon trillions of different life forms. And if that barren, desolate planet would not be present here in our dimension, then all those life forms it is host to could not exist too! Is frequency the key to all of that? Maybe, maybe not. Thanks for participating, Mimas. I'll have some likes in store for you later!
  10. The essence of all things.

It looks like I will have to wait for the end of the day to come before I can cover you with more greenies! Obviously, we do not share the same point of view on some aspects, but I still like you Walk Softly. Please don't think I am dodging you. I wholeheartedly admire and respect your genuine humbleness and love that you display in every post of yours. But to say that understanding this life and the nature of the universe is unattainable simply is not true. And by thinking that way, you actually are very much limiting yourself! Becoming a child again is the first genuine step. And intent is the biggest blindfold! Good day to you!
  11. The essence of all things.

Thanks for sharing this with us. I really do appreciate your education and your knowledge. Maybe you would be interested in knowing that I don't really believe in empty space. Empty space must be filled with particles. So we have a particle that is 99,9% empty space, yet that empty space is filled with more particles that are in turn composed of 99,9% of empty space. An infinite outward and inward process. Not detectable with the instruments at our disposal for now, but ever present nonetheless. Yet another endless duality.
  12. The essence of all things.

That actually was a very philosophical reply, Vonlud. Lol. I am happy you decided to join the conversation. You are right in your assumption that I do these things for fun. Not that i'm really doing them for fun, but rather that I have fun doing them. Because to me, these are the important things in life. The things of the seen, they are of no real value. I like what you say about good and evil being subjective. It is of my belief that what we perceive as evil really can be a compassionate act and that what we perceive as being a good deed may oftentimes end up being a bad one without us ever realizing because we're such fools. Obviously, if I had flawlessly reached that equilibrium I mentioned, I wouldn't be here to talk about it. But sometimes, when I take the time to really attune myself with the things around me, I can get a small, few seconds long glimpse into it and I end up with an understanding like this one. So my short poem, it's definitely not complete. And maybe you are the one that will be able to complete it, and reach a new understanding. That's why I share. I think you kind of answered your own question here when you mentioned: ''Because I have lots of love for my God but he don't answer and no matter how hard I try n chill there is never an equilibrium, only the day that is front of me.'' How can you hope to reach a certain equilibrium if you are still worried by the day that is in front of you? When I read your post, this phrase of mine always come back to mind: It's not about the journey, it's about the destination! Enjoy the ride, friend. It's been specifically designed for you. What you perceive as a lack of answer may be the answer in itself. Maybe there is no answer. Maybe you just need to go through what you go through. I certainly do not know more than others. I'm just a mere human sharing the content of his mind with some individuals I appreciate talking to.

I guess that i'm all out of likes for now, Lucy! That's a great addition to the thread. Thanks for sharing.
