  1. Too bad they didn't put it back into the water and let it go free.
  2. Great. Now they've admitted they have the weapon for a false flag power take down. "It was fantastic". FFS ok.
  3. Holy cow! Take a look at this thing! “There has been no such specimen that I can remember; there is the dolphinfish, also known for its size and reaching 1.5 meters, but I have never seen a sunfish weighing more than a ton here before,” said fisherman Artur Balkarov. By the time the fascinating behemoth was brought ashore three days later, it had begun rotting. The fishermen had no choice but take it to a dumping site where locals bring their fishing waste for wild animals, including bears. While trade in moonfish meat is prohibited in the EU, a number of Asian countries, such as Japan and Taiwan, see it as delicious treat and handy ingredient in traditional medicine. https://www.rt.com/news/403357-sakhalin-giant-ocean-sunfish/
  4. Evacuate or Die, Puerto Rico Officials Warn as Hurricane Maria Bears Down Authorities warned Puerto Ricans to evacuate or die as Hurricane Maria, the most powerful storm to threaten the region in almost 90 years, barreled toward the U.S. territory. Maria, a Category 5 storm — the strongest there is — killed one person and injured two other people as it roared through the island of Guadeloupe on Monday night. At 2 a.m. ET Wednesday, its maximum sustained winds were at 165 mph as it churned about 20 miles from St. Croix in the U.S. Virgin Islands and 85 miles from San Juan, Puerto Rico. It was expected to pass very near the Virgin Islands on its way straight toward Puerto Rico at about 10 mph, on track for arrival by Wednesday morning or midday, before skirting just north of the Dominican Republic on Wednesday night and Thursday, the National Hurricane Center said. "Locations may be uninhabitable for weeks or months," the hurricane center warned. https://www.nbcnews.com/news/weather/catastrophic-category-5-maria-takes-aim-puerto-rico-virgin-islands-n802671
  5. Death toll expected to exceed 1000 people. I saw a fb feed earlier that said thousands were dead, but I am not sure if that is true or not. Feed was in Spanish, but I could get the jist of what they were saying.
  6. For those of us who keep up with news of the strange and unexplained, it's clear that something is roaming the United Kingdom. Reports of big cats are nothing new to the northern U.K., having been reported for decades. In recent months, however, sightings of massive feline beasts have been pouring in, including reports of mutilated and/or completely devoured sheep and abnormally high numbers of missing house cats. What could be roaming Scotland and northern England? If some strange news out of Scotland is confirmed, these unexplained events might be a very unexpected explanation. Hotel night manager Paul Naylor was conducting his nightly rounds of his Outer Hebrides hotel on August 31st when an eerie noise stopped him in his tracks. Naylor immediately did what any of us would do and pulled out his phone to record the haunting sound: https://www.sott.net/article/362384-Mysterious-howling-moaning-noise-heard-in-Scotland Wolves? People? What do you think this is?
  7. I noticed that earlier too, when it was hitting another places. Very odd sounds!
  8. Guy just said 165 mph winds and stronger than Irma now.
  9. Here's another stream, multiple views of different islands Maria is impacting.
  10. Jose is 200 miles off the coast, near MA, downgraded to Tropical Storm status, but still dangerous for flooding etc. Long Island is in the way, also.
  11. Tropical Storm Jose will remain well off the East Coast of the United States but will still produce a combination of coastal flooding, high surf, tropical-storm-force winds and rainfall, particularly in far southeastern New England. Tropical storm warnings have been issued for parts of coastal southeast Massachusetts, from Woods Hole to Sagamore Beach, including Cape Cod, Block Island, Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket. This means tropical-storm-force winds are expected. A tropical storm watch remains in effect along the coast of Long Island from Fire Island Inlet to Port Jefferson. A watch means tropical storm conditions are possible. Jose's center is currently located more than 200 miles south of Nantucket, Massachusetts, and is moving northeast at near 10 mph. https://weather.com/storms/hurricane/news/hurricane-jose-tropical-storm-watch-new-england-mid-atlantic-coast
