Supreme Court Confirms 2A Applies to all Bearable Arms!

7 posts in this topic

Arizona – -(Ammoland.com)- In a historic, but extremely short unanimous opinion, the United States Supreme Court has confirmed that the Second Amendment applies “to all instruments that constitute bearable arms,”.

As this is an enormous class of nearly all weapons, the decision is properly applied to knives and clubs, and nearly all firearms that have been sold in the United States.

Nearly all types of firearms are more common than stun guns.

This is going to make the gun grabbers weep for months.

@Cinnamon

This is great news ! :64pwFDH:

Here in Iowa we now have open carry in some counties "Sheriff's jurisdiction" and I do often; but I to have noted there have been many more here over the last year or so .

The cops in this county just drive buy with a smile and have never asked any questions .

if this becomes the law of the land head over to paletto state armory. grab yourselves a 10.5 inch free floated pistol upper chambered in 5.56, a bolt carrir group and charging handle

while there also order a complete moe lower

get a bushnell trs25 red dot from amazon, make sure to get a utg 3 slot riser, a pictinney flashlight mount, a surefire flashlight

now go to a place where you can shoot 50yards and zero your rifle in using 50gr varmint rounds. they have the ballistic tips and are frangible. meaning when entering soft tissue the ballistic tip pushes backward into the bullet causing it to fragment into dozens of shards travelling at around 3000feet per second. shoot center mass youll get the heart and lungs in one shot. lastly youll never need to worry about over penetration because the round fragments all over the inside of the target.

now you have the ultimate home defense tool that will shoot from 8yards to 200 yards accurately

sounds expensive? its not

cabelas has those rounds on sale right now. Fiocchi, 50gr varmint rounds. 21 bucks for 50. grab a few boxes

sleep tight.

also the shortened barrel is alot more maneuverable in a home than a 16 in barrel with reduced weight.

youre awesome Cin =)

SBR (short barreled rifles) require a 200.00 tax stamp, massive hoops to jump through and a slew of headaches.

If this REALLY becomes law then people should get on board with SBRs for home defense. Its well documented that women and children prefer AR15s over shotguns and pistols due to recoil and maneuverability but an issue with AR rounds is over penetration. hence frangible rounds.

im always available if anyone needs any advice or tips regarding ARs and M4s. just send a pm.

just got a gopro and am toying with the idea of a youtube channel. who knows =)
