Did you know you were guilty of this!?

Because you didn't turn in Obama and all of Congress and 90 percent of the judges in the country, in the manner prescribed by law? See you all in prison... oh wait!  They'd never arrest us for this or maybe it doesn't count because these days the treason isn't even hidden anymore, it's common knowledge. :IBPlzqK:

https://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/18/2382

Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States and having knowledge of the commission of any treason against them, conceals and does not, as soon as may be, disclose and make known the same to the President or to some judge of the United States, or to the governor or to some judge or justice of a particular State, is guilty of misprision of treason and shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than seven years, or both.

Good thing the founding fathers had a brain and didn't rely on the general population to make rules. The treason law in the US was crafted very specifically for very specific reasons. It is almost impossible to prove treason, it usually takes a confession.

In general- treason is setting out to harm your country, which involves intent. Hence, almost impossible to prove, just like perjury.

Wouldn't surprise me if this law was twisted, and the PTB use it as an attempt TO imprison anyone that disagrees with them, instead of the way it's written. *SIGH*

Intent is usually pretty obvious, even if they might have some plausible deniability.
