Reality Hits Home: Liberal Judge Who Spearheaded Ban on Racial-Profiling Robbed By 3 Black Males

7 posts in this topic

Following the Cincinnati riots, Federal Judge Susan Dlott took a leadership role in the movement to rewrite and redefine policy pertaining to racial profiling in the legal system.

As explained by the American Thinker‘Dlott wrote the book on racial profiling’ back in 2002 and following a recent (violent) armed robbery at her home, she has effectively ‘ripped it into one million tiny pieces.’

According to reports, the reality check took place last week as Dlott and her husband (Stan Chesley) were followed home from a restaurant by three black males who planned to rob them. As the couple returned, the armed individuals forced their way into the residence and subsequently assaulted their victims before ransacking the property.

During the robbery Dlott was able to escape and ran approximately one mile through a heavily wooded area to reach a neighbor’s house and call for help. After the assault Chesley was left with a broken back, broken pelvis and a concussion.

She was profiled by the robbers at the restaurant as having some goods worth stealing. Cuts both ways, don't it?

I'm not sure who is worse. The small time robbers, or the big time ones. This is one of those rare moments when its the Gazelles taking down a Lion.

They got married in 1991, while Chesley was at the height of his career as one of the nation’s premier tort lawyers. Chesley was best known as representing victims of the Beverly Hills Supper Club fire. He would go on to lead civil litigation related to the Fernald uranium enrichment plant, the downing of a Pan Am flight over Lockerbie, Scotland, and a host of other national and international disasters.

Chesley has made headlines lately for his role in the fen-phen weight loss drug case, in which he and other attorneys were accused of taking too large a share of the settlement intended for people whose hearts were damaged by the drug. He lost his law license in Kentucky over that case and resigned his Ohio law license. That case is ongoing.

It's amazing he wasn't promoted to judge since wife was already on the bench.

She was only rewarded a judgeship, because he raised a ton of money for Bill Clinton in the 90's. Pay to play. He may yet get an appointment, out of the sympathy from psychopaths. His broken back is going to mess up his golf swing. lol
