The Gulf States = NOT the Job creators they claim to be

1 post in this topic

More negative facts about the USA, making Anti Americanism make more sense.
Everybody screams and yells about how the gulf states are doing so well because of all the jobs they have in the oil industry.

That sounds great.... on Paper.

What they don't tell you is that the gulf states (Texas included) are part of the American deep south.
The South doesn't have the qualified labor to undertake such a risky business as Mining anything, or offshore oil drilling..

So what happens ? POLLUTION !

Also, those "states" are very LOW WAGE, RIGHT TO WORK, BAD WORKING CONDITIONS, HIGH POVERTY.... MASSIVELY UNEQUAL states.
With HUGE ECONOMIC DISPARITIES BETWEEN THE PEOPLE.

And they also don't tell you that of ALL the available mining technology sources.... the gulf states are supplied their mining and drilling systems by HALIBURTON.
(the one company that is responsible for the war, and oil theft in Iraq) AND a company that pays its workers ZIP, AND lobbies congress to allow the MINERS THEMSELVES to be paid ZIP, and lobbies congress to allow the oil companies to pay their labor ZIP too.

AND the fact that the supplier HALIBURTON,  and the AMERICAN Oil companies like Texaco, Gulf, and Chevron,  and Oil products companies like Castrol  have ILLEGAL relationships.
