A faulty constitution

24 posts in this topic

Fining, and Taxing the church because of their newfangled hard line standing on politics, is a violation of our 1st amendment rights.

Gun control policies are a violation of our 2nd Amendment rights.

The Patriot Act, the TSA and the NSA are a violation of our 4th Amendment rights.

How about the constitution was written in the 1700s, and no longer serves a valid point today, with todays policies, todays attitudes, todays way of life and todays technology ?

How about the constitution that we have is faulty ?

How about that ?  How about a faulty constitution is the reason why the USA is falling, and why its loaded with crime ?

If we'd put the Constitution in full force, the government would all go to jail, but see they don't think they have to go there.

The Constitution is fine. The problem is our elected 'respresentatives' who refuse to uphold their oath to protect it.

Our constitution is an amazing piece of work based on the Iroquois treaty.
If it were followed to the letter America would be a wonderful place to live.

Wait a minute why did all of our answers just get a thumbs down?

It appears an anti-American is in our midst.

Our Constitution stands between us and the no good New World Order.

The elites think they have us where they want us.

Phrases such as the elites are preparing for something big and what do they know that we don't?  Those phrases are debatable at best.  But since these rotten eggs go to the Bilderberg meetings to discuss how to conspire against us, it's all brain/eye/wash.

They can take whatever looney bin bullshit they came up with and stick it in an "environmentally friendly" place where the sun doesn't shine.

Want to help the environment?  Shut Al Gore's big expensive waste mansion down.

Want to help the economy?  Kick the government bums to the curb.

Want to end religious disputes?  Praise Jesus Christ.

And when We The People got too wrapped up in prime time television, meaningless sports, and social media to bother care about keeping their elected officials accountable for their actions.

While I don't think the constitution is perfect in it's limiting scope of powers, it may be the best blueprint for governing a country of free people.
