Well, this certainly is a turn of events! I wonder if that tanker had authorization to do that?

Just FYI ... despite this official dementi there were quite a few contradictory reports about explosions and gunfire at the Incirlik base. Use your own discernment.

So Turkey reconciles with Russia and prepares to normalise trade and less than a week later the US military try and overthrow the Turkish government?

This could go bad for all parties. Lots of these parties have dirt on each other... Who will blink first?

However it goes, it seems Erdogan has effectively eliminated all opposition and is now in control of 50 B61 nuclear bombs. With a lucrative connection to IS, shutting down Incirlik to Americans, looks like he's calling the shots. He's a loose cannon.

Erdogan was already a loose cannon before the coup, now he is completely out of control. The point is, he sees himself as a divine missionary with the task to restore the Ottoman Empire ... and he is paranoid, he doesn't trust anyone as it seems.

But he is not in control of the nuclear weapons stored at the Incirlik base -- the base is blocked, that's all at the moment. Even if the Turks can them, they don't have the launch keys.
